So I got a FRE for my EAD expedite request and I'm trying to gather as much knowledge of things I should submit here, all of the paperworks will be sent based on:
a. interruption of employment (letter from employer)
b. severe financial hardship (Bank statements with depleting funds)
c. USCIS error - application was erroneously rejected which delayed processing. (Show the letter of rejection) - They rejected my I765 due to wrong filing fee which was a mistake since I sent it out with I-485 and I-131, should be no fee for the other 2 forms.
I already got the fax number but I wonder if I should send documents via both mail and fax.
Any tips on what to do/what not to do?
