Hi, does it have to be certain reason(s) to be able to use my EAD-AP to travel outside US?
I am a canadian citizen and recently got my EAD-AP card on the base of marriage; and now waiting for my interview.
I do need to commute between US and Canada a few times while waiting for my green card. Does it have to be an emergency reason to use my EAD-AP card to commute?
I have family members in canada and I do have a few medical reasons that have been under my doctor's observation in canada for the past year and for that reason, need to attend some medical appointments in Canada. I also have to make some maintenance- related visit of a family house that my family have in canada this year. Are these considered to be acceptable reasons to commute between US and Canada while waiting my for green card? could my frequent commute between US and Can for the reasons mentioned above jeopardize my interview and obtaining my green card?
Any thought would be really appreciated.
Thank you
