H4 EAD Approval time after out of time processing request
Hi,
I have applied for H4 EAD extension on April 06, 2018. I haven't got my apporval so fat and I have few questions. Please help.
1. Now the current date is March 30 in USCIS website, does it means that the EAD are approved after that date?
2. I got RFE on July 20 and we answered on July 27, it was for my photos. Will that mean the clock is reset?
3. My ead will expire on August 28. It has been 144 days today, website says 150 days. Will I ever get my EAD?
Please help. this is so frustrating.
