i called USCIS yesterday and raised a service request for my ead, and today the update shows on the app which states, As of august 28, 2018 your request to get information about your case because it is not available online, referral number ........., is currently not assigned for processing.
This is so frustrating as my PD May 25 2018 and still they didn't started processing. i don't know how long it will take from them to start and how long after starting process it will take to get my card.

Hey I'm in ATL too, my PD is 3/2 and I still haven't received my EAD/AP combo card. Processing time is 4.5-6.5 months, so we're technically still within processing time.

Just got an update that my card is being produced. My PD is 3/2, waited for 6 months....

Congrats but man oh man 6 months is a crazy long time to wait.I guess mine is in October then,I will keep waiting.

I just received the update regarding my I 765 card being produced i cant be more happy, can you please tell me if my advance parole is being approved too as i need to travel.
