My receipt date for the EAP/AP filing is 3/13/2018. The USCIS has not updated my status or communicated anything since the I-797. Today, I filed an "outside of normal processing time" service request. Is there anything else I can do? It feels like forgot about my case or something went wrong. Any help? We live in Wichita, KS and filed with the National Benefits Center.

My date is 3/21/2018, haven't heard nothing since the I-797; I called and they said the processing time was 4 1/2 months to 6 1/2 months so we are still under processing time and we have to keep waiting.Originally posted by FrankandTrinh View Post

The current case inquiry date for EAD is March 15, 2018, which is why you got the generic response. I would wait six more days, and towards the end of next week put in an inquiry about the case being outside normal processing time.Originally posted by MsGhassemi View Post
