23rd Jan 2018: sent EAD application
10th April : Address change request submitted
14th April : new EAD card mailed to old address
16th April: Received an acknowledgment to new address to wait 45 days .
4th June : called and Raised Service request on delivery delay and to resend the card at new address
12th June: Recieved the acknowledgment on SR status stating: The card production facility is currently experiencing a backlog and to submit another service request if card will not deliver in the next 45 days.
30th August: raised another Service request on delay
4th Sep: called and talk to 2nd tier officer.Told me to wait another 45 days starting from 5th sep
6th Sep : raised another SR for the case Outside Normal Processing Time:
But its marked completed stating the same reply : card production facility to re-mail your card per your other request. The card production facility is currently experiencing a backlog. We cannot give you a time frame of when they will re-mail your card. If you have not received your card in the next 45 days please submit another service request.
Its very much frustrating. Another 45 days wait with no guarantee on delivery within the given time frame again. from April month i am following up by Call and SR but no expedite action taken . how to get it addressed.suggestion please
