    Advance Parole or Reentry Permit? URGENT

    Hi there

    I'm married to a US citizen while on I-94w (already expired) and currently is filing for 1-485 & i130. Few days back I had received processing receipts for the documents. But I'm confuse filing for advance parole or reentry permit?Which is the right one to file? Pls help. Thanks

    you're filing for Advance Parole............Reentry is for Green Card Holders

      Despite your marriage to a US citizen though if you had overstayed more than 180 days in the past, do not travel, even on the AP
