It is past 3 month now that I have submitted my employment authorization form to the USCIS and I haven't seen anything in return as an authorization pls guys what do you think might be the problem?

Was it to the National Benefits Centre? Processing time is now 4.5 - 6.5 months for EAD. I'm at 5 months and haven't heard anything.
