outside normal processing time service request

I submitted an "outside normal processing time? service request because the USCIS is processing EADs received on or before March 22, I submitted mine on March 19. Does anybody know how long does it take to receive a response? This whole waiting process is ridiculous, waiting 6 months for the EAD and still nothing.

Hi, my PD is 03/23/2018 so in few days I will be outside of normal processing time servive with my case and will submit online request.
I tried to find out how much time frame do they have for reply or how the response will be received, but found nothing.
NBC is handling my case.

Just checked the processing times website. The Case inquiry date is 03-23-18. Submit it right NOW!

Shouldn't I wait until next day so I am PD + 1? You know, just to be sure in the all bureaucracy regarding USCIS.

If it's not the right PD, the system will not let you submit it and it will say "Your case is still within processing times"

I will have to wait until it changes to 03/24 - I received this after filing out everything - "Your application or petition is currently within the posted processing times. An inquiry may not be created at this time. Further information about recent processing times can be viewed on the uscis.gov webpage."

I am hopeful the Case Inquiry date continues to move forward. This is around the time when they switch the processing time to 5 to 7 months and case inquiry date regresses a few weeks.

No! It just changed to 03-24-18. It's happened before that they've changed it before people are able to submit a SR. Hope you get this right away!

I tried like 10 minutes ago, when it was 03/24 and got the same message, can't submit request as I am still in the time frame...

I am worried that there is an issue. When I talked to Tier 1 officer regarding RFIE for 485 and asked for 765, he kept saying my PD 04/03. I kept telling him it is 03/23 - on Processing page they even show a picture where you should check it on I-797 and there id 03/23.

I am registered on both sites to track my cases - however the one with less info shows that they received my case on 03/23.
But the other one which provides more info, like the date when the Fingerprints were reviewed shows that they received my case 04/03! Which is probably what the Tier 1 officer was reading from.
Now I am worried that they made mistake and I will be screwed either way.

People usually received text message update when their card is produced, or only update on case tracker/webpages?

I would be seriously happy if they would actually doing something in my case, but obviously I just have to wait...
