Mass here also. No update since package was received by uscis on 6/25.

Biometrics completed late July.

No update since.

Any news on AP or EAD? Or anything at all, anyone?

PACKAGE SENT ON LAST WEEK OF JUNE
RECEIVED ON 1ST WEEK OF JULY ON SECOND DAY TO BE PRECISE
RECEIPTS CAME AROUND THE 10TH OF JULY
BIOMETRICS DONE ON JULY 30TH
AND NO UPDATES SINCE THEN ...

ANYONE KNOWS IF THE SYSTEM THAT ALERTS US BY EMAIL AND OR TEXT MESSAGING REALLY WORKS? I READ OF CASES THAT PEOPLE RECEIVED THE EAD CARD AND NO UPDATED HAPPEN ON THE SYSTEM ?!?!?

Same here...receipt date 6/25 but no updates on ANY form. I've been reading various forums and to my surprise, some people already got APs EADs, some even GC, they say. It's been 4+ months for me and I feel your pain. I want that AP

I submitted my file 27 June 2018... and it?s still says case was received. It?s been 121 days today. I did my bio on 7th of July. Please, I hope there is no issue here o.... plus my friend that filed he?s own by 25 June already got approved and the card is coming in tomorrow... the wait is killing my soul and spirit

I just got my EAD/AP last week... my timeline is in my signature. The card took 117 days since my application was received by USCIS. On the USCIS website and my casetracker app only the I-765 status has changed and updated to be current. The I-131 still says my case was received even though it?s been approved and I have my card. I?m thankful I got my card.. and now I?m crossing my fingers that the interview date comes really soon!

How do you know if your case is NBC or not? I have no idea what mine is.

It really sucks seeing people that filed on the same time or after us getting their EAD and we are still waiting without any update... argh

I just worked out I'm on day 167:

I-130 Based on marriage, I-795, I-131, I-485
My applications were received on April 20th, biometrics done two weeks later.

I'm hoping based on the post above for someone whose wife just got her EAD/Advance Parole that mine is due any day now.

For the person who filed theirs in June I doubt very much you will get yours before the end of the year hon.

On my 180 for the EAD still no update from they stated that they received it.
I had my interview on the 31st of Oct and i was told that all seem well but on my visa interview to come here stated that i was married and have a son which i have not i was only engaged at the time and i do not have a son. so the IO told they they will have to check with their source in my country to confirm for them self and in a couple months i should get something in the mail so i am waiting.

You can tell by your receipt number or it's gonna tell you on the bottom of the receipt letter which office took your case !
if starts with MSC it is National Benefit Center....

My I-765 updated to new card is being produced, receive date is jul 5 on app and jul 10 on myuscis, hope everyone gets an update soon.
