My wife and I are both on L1A visas. Her initial 3 year period is coming to an end in February 2019. My company has sponsored our i485 and we both have our advance parole and EAD. I wanted some insights on whether it makes sense for her to extend her visa before expiry, or work on the AP & EAD for 4 months and then renew (which her company will sponsor) when we travel back to our country? Will this work against her L1A extension? Not sure when our interview/ GC will work out.
