Would greatly appreciate help on our situation:
Wife K1 fianc? visa entered US 6/24/2017
Married in US 7/6/2018
Applied for adjustment of status and EAD/AP combo together (i.e. did not have to pay additional fee for EAD/AP) 7/21/2017
Biometrics completed and awaiting interview for adjustment of status for ~1 year so far
EAD/AP combo card approved 10/15/2017 and expires 10/15/2018 (i.e. in 6 days)
We are in SF and looks like won't get green card interview for ~8 months with current backlog
We would like to renew her EAD/AP combo card, but I am having difficulty finding information on the renewal process. Do I need to complete the entire I-131 and I-765 paperwork again? Do I need to pay fees this time and if so, published fees for both forms? Also, do we have any options to request to extend current EAD/AP instead of apply for new one this late?
