Hello all,
My wifes EAD\early parole combo card was reported as delivered by USPS when in fact it had not been delivered to us. I sought the help of the USPS and received no help, so two days after the reported delivery I reported through the online USCIS web portal that the card had not been delivered. We received an email from USCIS with a Service Request number for the report of a lost card.
The third day after the reported delivery, I was home and spoke directly to the postal carrier who told me he had no memory of seeing the envelope from USCIS but that he would ask at the local distribution center. Two hours later he came back to the house with the envelope.
What can we do now, is my wifes combo card invalid seeing as how the report of a lost card has been submitted? Any recommendations would be appreciated.
