I recently got my i-140 approved(currently in fourth year of h1b). I am planning to apply for h4-ead for my spouse by myself. Could you advise is it best to apply by yourself or use a law firm? . Process seems pretty easy. Just trying to understand, is there any additional benefits of using law firm, law firm give me quote for 910 dollars(410 uscis fees + 500 law firm fees).
Also could someone advise, what is the current wait time for h4-ead(from date of applying till getting card)? .
