AP renewal question

Hi All,

i got my ead/ap combo card in march this year. It's valid till 03/22/19
I'm filling in my paperwork to file for renewal of both.
I know for EAD i would get an automatic extension as i filed 485 (c9).
Is there such a thing for AP?

As for filing in the form:
For AP there isnt really a renewal checkbox like there is for EAD.
Is that something i would fill in at Part 3, question 4a/4b/4c?

In Part II i still just select option 1D as i did before.
Part VII - multiple trips
rest is mostly empty.

I previously filed concurrently, i will now attach a copy of my current ead/ap card, 797 notices for that and 797 notice for 485.
2 photographs, copy of passport and that should be it I think.

No. You don?t get an auto extension on the AP, just the EAD. You hope that you get your renewal before the current one expires. Don?t plan travel past current AP?s expiration date until you have new AP in hand. If you travel (outside U.S.) while AP renewal is still processing, it will get denied.
