Here is my timeline:
05/03/2018 Case I-485, I-130, I-131, I-765 received;
06/04/2018 Fingerprint Taken;
06/24/2018 Fingerprint Review Was Completed;
09/18/2018 Request for Additional Evidence;
09/24/2018 Received the REF letter;
09/25/2018 Mailed the Evidence ;
10/11/2018 Case is Ready to Be Scheduled for An Interview;
10/25/2018 Phone call ask to expedite my Advance Parole because my mom is sick;
10/29/2018 Got an email said "Your case has been sent for review. You should receive a decision or notice of other action shortly".
I almost called everyday, only get the answer "waiting" because they can't push the officer to review the case faster.
Over 6 months, still didn't got my EAD/AP card. Requested for expedite, already waited 12 days and is still under review. Just don't understand why my case took so long and how they can be so slow.
I make an infopass appointment next Tuesday to see if I can get an emergence AP.
Anyone else has the similar situation?
