  • April Filer Still No EAD

Anyone else from April without their EAD still? I am hitting the 7 month mark next week. My service center is NBC. Married to USC.

Did you get a RFE? I'm also still waiting. My PD for I-765 is 04/27/2018. I contacted my congressman and that's the reply he got: "This case is currently within our normal processing times. Our records indicate that we received a response to a request for evidence for the underlying I-485 application on 07/20/2018. Pursuant to 8 CFR ? 103.2(b)(10), if USCIS issues a request for initial evidence on either the Form I-765 application or the principal Form I-485 application, the processing timeframes start over from the date of receipt of the initial evidence, 07/20/2018."
Although I did also infopass last Tuesday and the officer told me that timeframe clock do not starts over after RFE and I probably should get approval in two next weeks. I'm soooooooo confused.

Did you file a service request? After you do it, USCIS will give you a time frame to response back to your request.

No RFE here. So strange! I?m getting so desperate. I have an infopass in two weeks so let?s see what happens. Let me know if you get anything!
