Anyone successfully expedite EAD by pregnancy?

Some say Yes, some say No. So i am confused.
My wife is US Citizen, and she's pregnant like 2 months already. And i am unemployed, i need EAD card so bad to earn some money to pay Walmart & Rent bills.
So i have 3 questions, please help me:

1) Anyone successfully expedite EAD by pregnancy?
2) After expedition, Will USCIS send both email and post office letter? or just email?
2) On 28 NOV 2018, I expedited by calling USCIS for financial loss & pregnancy, but today 9 DEC 2018, i have no reply neither Email or Post letter.
I am pretty sure the USCIS rep must have noted my email wrongly. Should i call them to expedite again to correct my email?
or i should wait because there will be post office letter?

You should give them a call. Because you would need a confirmation at least that you started the expedited request.
