Have any August filer gotten their EAD/AP without expediating it.

My package was received by USCIS 8/24/19. Today, (5 months later) I received a case update stating my EAD was ordered and will be mailed to me.

Haven't gotten anything with PD 08/01 and even with expedition request on 12/07.

I got my combo card!! With PD 9/22 and expedite late December.

Could you share more detail and timeline of your case? Which center was it? And did you expedite via congressmen? Was this normal processing time when you apply for expedition?

09-22 was my petition date and in begin November I did my biometric. On December 17 I expedite my case by calling USCIS. In 2 days I received email for evidence. ( sent proves of card card bill and pending rent email) January 8th I receive RFIE, and January 22 got the approval

I think you were lucky, what I've heard from my lawyer is that USCIS usually don't take expedition request if it is personal financial crisis or temporary unemployment. And I see that from some post in here or other site. This really depends on USCIS officer who took the case. As you could see from my signature below, I also tried to expedite but that was denied, and officer said during phonecall that my case is under adjudication so they can't expedite. But no one knows how long that adjudication would take...

But anyway congratulation.

Filing/Receive Date 8/29/2018. Case status changed to New Card is Being Produced on 1/29/2019 (153rd day). Waiting for the card to be delivered.

EAD/AP is processed at the NBC. As of now, the receipt date for case inquiry is Jul 21 not Aug 8. My PD is 08/01 but still no EAD/AP, either.

have you received your EAD yet? NBC is now processing 8/21 cases.

I just called USCIS customer service and the automated system informed me that they just ordered production of my new card today!!! Then i went online and it says new card being produced ! Thank God!!
