PD: 8/10/18 and still no EAD (Los Angeles,Ca) Soooo frustrating! I am trying to understand the processing time posted on USCIS website shows they are working on August 8 2018 but it seems that a lot of late July filers hasn’t received their EAD either. Ugh!

EAD/AP is processed at the NBC. As of now, the receipt date for case inquiry is Jul 21 not Aug 8. My PD is 08/01 but still no EAD/AP, either.

Texas Center, concurrent NIW, RD Aug 31 and PD Sep 21. No EAD/AP neither any news. Since my current EAD due is soon, I'm writing letter to congressman, but not sure how to.

My PD is 08/09/18 and just got my EAD/AP approved yesterday 01/09/19 (National Benefits Center), five months to the day! Anyone else get it approved?

Not yet. Filing date of my I-765 (C9C) is 08/29/2018 at NBC. Current status - Fingerprint review was completed.

I hope you get your EAD soon. It looks like your 6th month is almost up. For NBC and form I-765 I see July 30, 2018 as the "Receipt date for a case inquiry" (even when the estimated time range is 4 to 6 months) check https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/ to see it and if you want to submit an "outside normal processing time" service request.

Yes I did through the phone by the uscis officer. First of all, they aren't notice that my case was out of normal processing time but when I said my Pd was on July 25, they take a look again and do it for me. They said I need to wait about 30 days to get an answer from NBC.
