EAD card returned as undelivered.

After applying for EAD card, it got approved on Nov 12,2018 and I received documents and approval notices by mail.However EAD Card was returned to USCIS as undelivered on Dec 3rd.I Created e-request for resending the card.Received an update from USCIS on Dec 12th saying they will resend the card.However there is no other updates from them even after 53+ days.Created another e request but
haven't received any response on that request yet.Contacted local congressman's office for help, but they are yet to consider my case.Congressman's office already communicated they may take 30 days for considering my request for expediting the case.Is there anything else that can be done from my side to speed up the process?Any help and suggestions appreciated.

I read another post, that someone with the same problem, contacted the ombudsman office. Good luck.
