Hi. I currently have an EAD issued during my OPT. However, I am filing for an adjustment of status - Is the I-765 seen as renewal or as an initial permission to accept employment? (reference to Part 1 of the I-765 form)

I could guess 'initial' as OPT EAD and AOS EAD is not the same, so you are not renewing the OPT EAD. But I'm not a lawyer.Nov 2018 - Package sent - EB - Texas Service Center
