Today (02/25/2019) received I-131 approval notice and stated that the travel documents will be mailed separately. My mother tickets were booked to fly on 02/28/2019. Is it need to wait till she gets her travel documents? Or she can leave and I can send the travel document later ? Do travel documents delivered through normal post or does it need signature of my mother ? What are the implications in either case?
