Can I travel out of US and reenter US while waiting for my EAD to arrive?

Do you have AP? From what I read, there are very few cases (visas) that can travel abroad.Nov 2018 - Package sent - EB - Texas Service Center

I am using H4 to travel back and forth while waiting for EAD, don't foresee that as a problem.
*the EAD I applied is linked to GC application not the H4 I am holding.Comment

From what I read, H1B/H4 visa holders can travel while I-485 is pending. Most other visas can't do that.Nov 2018 - Package sent - EB - Texas Service Center
