EAD & AP Renewal

Hi!

I filed for a renewal EAD & AP at the end of July (180 before the old one expires)
My application has been pending 7.5 months, 1.5 more the normal processing times. I called several time, raised few service request, but no response.

I even contact my Congressman but he couldn't help because I have EAD extenuation until August.

Does anyone else experience the same problem?

Based on my personal experience and experiences from this forum, if you have auto-renewal then the case is not processed within 4-6 months.

When you have around 30-45 days left from the auto renewal, you can expedite your request and then get the card. Renewals are not processed within 4-6 months considering the auto-renewal and the number of days before which renewal can be filed.

Based on my personal experience and experiences from this forum, if you have auto-renewal then the case is not processed within 4-6 months.

When you have around 30-45 days left from the auto renewal, you can expedite your request and then get the card. Renewals are not processed within 4-6 months considering the auto-renewal and the number of days before which renewal can be filed.
