Advance Parole I-131 Document Question

I am applying for the first time for Advance Parole for my wife who entered USA in 2004 on H4 status. Since July 2005 she started working on EAD.

There is a question in AP form which says
Q3. Class of Admission

What do i fill in there? Please help soon. Thanks, in advance.

I had one more clarification on the same:

So, even if my wife's I-485 application is pending, we had entered US on valid H1 and H4 respectively. I am still working on my H1 visa and she has switched to EAD.

I am planning to travel to India on my extended H1 petition and will get my new H1 stamped in my passport. But since my wife is working on EAD, she will be travelling on AP.

I have read this somewhere...

"The USCIS has clarified that "class of admission" on the I-131 refers to the applicant's current status. If a person is maintaining valid H1B status (regardless of whether or not they have a visa), then this would be H1B. An I-485 applicant who does not have any other status could normally write something like "I-485 Pending".".

So, based on all this...Would I be still saying her Class of Admission is 'H4' and not 'I-485 pending'..?

Well.......if USCIS has provided the clarification, follow their guidance and not the class of original admission and put I-485 pending. I've always thought admission to be distinct from current status but if they clarified it.....follow

Dont worry though, even if u put the wrong category, its not a basis for denial...........
