urgent-H4 spouse worked on EAD- is AP needed?
Hi !
Would hugely appreciate if one of the gurus in this forum can PLEASE answer these urgent question !!!
My LC & I-140 is done, I-485 applied >6 mnths ago and we both got EAD. My H1-B and wive's H4 just (may'06) renewed for second 3 years- so valid till May'09.
However my wife worked on EAD from Jan-May'06 (right now not in use). She needs travel to India alone due to medical reasons very soon. Question is:
1. Does she really need AP or can she simlpy return on H4.
2. What to do if AP does not come in time for travel.
2. Can she get H4 renewal stamp in India w/o need for me to be there?
