hello, my name is Roberto and im from NY .My wife filed for me since 2002 and i only received my social and work permit ,since then i haven't heard anything else from them it has been almost 5 years now and i they can't really give me an answer ,the last time i went to the local office they told me that my case was seating somewhere in Misouri and they didnt know why.I think they lost my papers and they don't know what to tell me.Some people told that i can sue them because the case is taking way too long.please tell me what to do.
