Advance Parole and Army!!

Well her case is a bit complicated she didn't continue with her father because his marriage was on the rocks.. so I went with her to an immigration attorney today and he told her not to travel due to the fact that she was out of status so long they could deny her the entry at the POE or they can let her in but at the time of the interview the would not give her the green car but instead the would tell her to go back to her country and be inadmissible to the US even for 10 years he said it was no worth risking everythig so she was really depress today but her case is not that bad because her husband gets to Germany with my husband but he comes to the US the first week of December and they'll go together to the base in Washington state and live together so she just has to wait, she can't go to the welcome home ceremony but she just has to wait one month and he gets here and they can be together always but if she travels they'll be together 1 month in Germany and then separated for years so it's no worth it!!

I got the appoitment for the biometrics on the 26... what is after that??? the interview?? and in how long??

I finally have my AP on my hands I'm so excited to see my husband!!!!! so doesn't matter how impossible you think somethig is with immigration just don't give up!! thanks for all your advice curiousone!!!
