Travel with valid H-1 before getting AP

I am a US Citizen and I have applied for a Green Card for my wife. We have filed I-130, I-485, I-765 and I-131 concurrently (receipt date: May 9). We have not yet received the Advanced Parole. She is, however, on a valid H-1 visa until early next year. We would like to travel outside the country during Thanksgiving.
Would there be any issues with travelling with a valid H-1 but without the Advance Parole?
