Didn't get any EAD Reciept

I applied for L2 based EAD in Sept last week in CA but I have not recieved any reciept No. Please suggest what should I do and how time does it take to get reciept no.

Its alittle late......but it could just be abacklog. Check to see if your check has been cashed............

Yes my check was cashed on Oct 12 2006. Please let me know where should I contant

call the I-800 number na d theyll let you know whenit was mailed.......but if you look carefully on the back of the check you will see the receipt number...........

Yes I got the receipt no from the back of my check.
