EAD Approved

My wife was notified today that her EAD is approved by the USCIS. The letter says that the card is ordered and will be sent to us when it is ready (but no time estimate given).

Anyone know how long this typically takes? After she receives the EAD do we then use it to apply for a SSN from Social Security BEFORE she can legally work?

I dnno answer for your question but i need help on EAD. I had submitted EAD through online and got receipt number. Along they have given link for list docs need to be submitted. But link not at all openning. Can you please me what i need to do next.

Its better , you call them and report to them. They may guide you for sure.
