Work permit infos

I have a holiday house in the US and i would like to stay over there
Can i apply for a work permit even if i am on a visa waiver program?

Youre authorized to work only if sponsored by an employer ( H, L, E visas) students under certain circumstnces or if a US citizen relative has filed a I-130 and I-485 on your bahalf. merely owning property doesnt give you a right to work, unfortunately.
