I am currently on adjustment of status. I have a valid EAD and Advance Parole. My advance parole was approved on 13th May 2006 and it will expire on 12th May 2007.
Between 30th may and now, I entered the US two times. I am working on a project where I will have to travel to our Canada office in January again (and may be in March and April).
My questions:
Is there are a limit on leaving/entering the US while someone is on adjustment of status (and use advance parole to enter the US)?
Do you know of any clarification
