I have EAD, and I work for Manhattan Associates. Right now my company has filed for my Green Card. Now if I joint some other company and work on same EAD, will they need to sponsor my GC?

That depends upon how your got your EAD.
If you got your EAD based on the adjustment of status application filed based on approved I-140 by your current employer, your next employer will have to sponsor your GC again.
