L2/EAD Traveling out of US
Hi,
I am on L1 and my wife is on L2. She has got EAD and currently having job. Both of our visas are expiring on 2009
SHe is planning to visit Singapore next month.
In this case, does she need to reapply for EAD once she is back... or would existing EAD be still valid.
I believe she does not require Advance Parole to re-enter US since she is having valid US Visa. Pls. confirm.
