    can i visit India?

    I applied for my I140 in Nov 2006 in EB2-NIW category.
    There is no concurrent filing for I485.
    But can i visit India with my family without any problem for reentry into USA.
    I will have to go to US consulate for new visa stamping as the visa status changed from J1 to H1.
    I appreciate your advise.
