EAD question Please help

1/ To apply for interim EAD: 90 days from
a) Received date (on Notice)
b) Notice Date (on Notice and Website)

2/ Anyone knows if San jose District OFfice still issues interim EAD instanlty on the 91 day? I heard they dont do that no more.

I spoke with an immigration officer and he said that we can come into the local district office by booking an infopass appt on the 91st day and they will from their end urge Nebraska to process and give us some info. No guarantees of EAD after 90 days coz none of the local district office has the EAD printing machine etc.
