I need help. I currently have a permit to work in the usa until june 30th through my Optional practical training after I graduated. My company wants to sponsor me so I can continue working with them after June. Unfortunately, they can not offer me a H1 B visa because i do not have a management position in the hotel. They tried to offer me a J1 visa under training purposes but i dont have a hotel and turism degree (hrt) or 2 years of experience on the field. I do have a marketing and business degree and 6 months of work experience with them. I do not know what other visa I can qualify for so I can stay. thanks for ur help.
