I saw your website and found it quite informative but I am in a specific situation and need your guidance.
My I-140 has been approved in NIW classification. I want to travel to get marry and then come back and file my adjustment of status. Is it possible, by any means, to get Advance Parole without filing for I-485? My stamped H1 in passport has expired and I don't want to go through visa hassles again, so I need an Advance Parole document. I hope you understand my situation and would appreciate your expert guidance.
