I have a question about the Employement Authorization, my wife is on L2 and her EAD is valid till Sep- 2008 . I am planning to go on vacation to India fro week with my wife. My visa is valid till Nov 2008 so is hers. Just wants to know if the EAD will remail valid once we comes back to USA.
