I just got an email with an approval notice for the advance parole based on a pending I485. My receipt day was Dec 6 2006. The message said a letter was sent to me. Is the actual card supposedly be in that mailing? I also applied for a EAD with the same receipt day, what's your experience in regards of approval correlation between AP and EAD.
Last of my questions, I'm the holder of two passports, yet the one where I have my K-1 visa (visa not valid anymore) is not machine readable. Would it be ok to use the other machine readable passport, or should I use the one with the expired (used) K-1 Visa.
