Applying for Green Card in EB1 and EB2 simultaneously
I am Assistant Professor working on H-1 B VISA. I applied for my green card in EB-2 category and my I-140 is approved. But I cannot file for I-485 as of now since the immigrant visa number are not current.
Most of my colleagues are now filling in EB-1 category. They never filed in EB-2 category. My question is, can I file my green card in EB-1 category now?
