EAD Renewal

I have only 40 days to renew my EAD, Is this going to be any problem? Immigration sites suggest to renewal before 6 months.. Does any body had any problem by renewing this late, please advise..

Can you tell me how long it took for you to receive the renewed EAD? Mine expires on May 29th and I applied for renewal on March 15th.
