EAD Renewal -- Interim EAD

Hi,

My EAD getting expired on May 2,07 but filed for renewal on Feb2,07 at NSC. That means exactly 90 days left for the expiration. My company told me that I'll be out of payroll if I don't get by May2,07. Please advice me how to get an Interim EAD, and how long it would take. Where to apply for Interim EAD, any on-line appointment required at local office.

Also my company told me that if I had applied when 91 or more days left I am eligible to stay on Payroll. Is it right?

I am in a similar situation as Agar. If we don't receive by 90 days, what options are available now that the interim EAD option does not exist anymore?

According to my company I have to be out of payroll and wait until it is approved(atleast online approval -- no need to wait for EAD card) then get onto payroll. I am worried as the day getting closer. No ideas for now. Please update if you hear anything.
