Recieved "Approval Notice Sent" status notification on EAD application?

I am on L1 and my wife on L2. She has applied for EAD on Jan 18th. On March 20th, I recieved an email that the status had changed to "Card Production ordered" and then on March 21st recieved another email stating that the status was "Approval Notice Sent". Now my question is: will the EAD card also be mailed along with the approval notice? What does this mean?
