Hi,
Actually i am on L2 visa and planning to apply for a work permit in April 07. I have heard that it might take 3 mnths to get an EAD(i.e: i wil get EAD in July).
I am also planning to visit india in Sept as my i need to renew it before 2nd Feb 2008.
So i am planning to start working after i come back from India.
I wanted to know that shd i renew my EAD after i get my visa renewed or can i continue with the same. and is it neccessary to worl immedaitely after i get an EAD or can i have a break of few mnths before i start working.
Pls help & advice.
