Hi All,
I used to have EAD's for me and my wife. For some reason, my i140 got denied and so I485 denied. So EAD's canceled. Now with the request of motion to reopen of I140, I140 approved and my I485 got re-opend a week ago. But still my wife I485 not re-opened. Since my I485 is re-opened, i can apply for EAD now. How can apply for EAD to my wife, since still her I485 is in denied status. Please advise.
