Hi,
I'm on H1B visa valid till 07/01/2007.
Through my wife employment I have applied I485 and it is still pending with USCIS. I got my EAD & AP, so far I didn't use my EAD.
Now I'm planning to travel to India using my AP since H1B stamping on my passport is expired, and plan to return using AP.
My question is, if I use AP to travel, after coming to USA still I can work on/renew my H1B Visa? Or I should work only on EAD?
Could you please answer my above question?
