I have EAD, and waiting for AOS approval. I need to travel outside US for 6 months.
I have two questions wrt entering back to US on AP:
i) Do I need to show proof of emplyment with the AOS sponsoring company, at the time of re-entry with AP ?
ii) Am I allowed to stay outside the country for 6 months while on AP ?
